Travel Health Services for the Film & Broadcast Industry

Careful planning for the health and safety-related aspects of your project is a key factor in its likely success, especially when filming or travelling abroad.

PyramidThe Fleet Street Clinic specialises in looking after production crew working under extreme conditions abroad - from managing ongoing care for news media broadcasting from Iraq or Afghanistan, to helping with the months of pre-production planning and project support for Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman's round-the-world projects and travels like Long Way Round and Long Way Down, and Big Earth

We are also happy to help with some of the common, practical problems that arise when filming in the UK - such as using our specialist knowledge of Travel Medicine to help overseas cast members cope with new time zones, if they are flying in on a tight production schedule, and fast access to GP or specialist medical services.

For overseas projects, we strongly advise contacting us well in advance, leaving plenty of time for vaccination courses to be completed, as well as for a formal risk assessment, if necessary. But we understand the pressures and realities of the industry, and our experience with last-minute travel is second to none: we'll be happy to help regardless of your schedule.
